How can be???

How can it be, that even though I don't deserve it, I have a fantastic family who loves me?? I'm so thankful for the people in my life, without them, life would be so lonely and very boring. I just wish that sometimes that Family would stick together and quit backbiting and judging each other, Just because they are family don't mean they don't have feelings, and when family hurts you, it kinda stings a little more, don't get me wrong, if your doing something wrong and your family calls you out, thats love, No, I'm talking about all the petty crap that goes on amongst the Family, Its crazy and don't make any sense, Seems like Family will sometimes out of there way to help a friend or co-worker and turn right around and say no to you, I'm busy or whatever, but the results are always the same. Kids are the most precious gift in the world other than Jesus, I have been asking myself lately why have I been given this chance to love and be loved by my children as well as my step children, over the years i have struggled with this issue, I have made some mistakes that i wish i could of changed over the years, I guess maybee I was a little to wild and wasn't ready to make that settle down commitment, Plus i had no ideal who Jesus really was, Anyways as i get older I realize i was wasting the most important thing in my life and that was the love of my children, so after tons of prayer and lots of faith, the good lord has been answering prayers and bringing me and my children and step children closer, it took me years to get to this moment and finally i get it and you know what, it feels good, I'm just so sorry I was so stubborn to see my ways when i was younger, because i wasted alot of precous time i could have sharing with the ones i truley love..
